Trust is an essential element in all relationships, including our relationship with God. The Corinthians were experiencing trust issues with Paul that made it more difficult for them to trust the God whom he proclaimed. Paul addressed their concerns directly so that they might look beyond the servant to the Savior whom to trust is eternal life. God’s word calls us to trust in the same Savior today, resulting in godlier relationships with one another, as well.
