Apart from the grace of Christ, we can do nothing (John 15:5). Yet Jesus also calls us to develop the gifts God has given us (Matt. 25:14-30). We need both the grace of the Gospel and the challenge of the Gospel if we are to live lives that blaze for the glory of the Savior who set us free.
