Dr. John MuhlfeldAugust 4, 2024Passage: 2 Timothy 4:1-4
After being saved grace, the Apostle Paul committed his life to proclaiming the good news of Jesus’ death and resurrection. As the end of his earthly pilgrimage drew near, he wanted to ensure that the glorious work of Gospel proclamation would continue. With perhaps his dying breath, he charged Timothy to preach God’s Word with clarity, grace, and boldness. Nothing is more needed in the world today, and nothing is more powerful in the advancement of God’s kingdom for His glory.
