We typically have no problem confessing Christ in private or in Christian settings, but in public it is a different story. We are often embarrassed or afraid to be identified with Christ. Only by focusing on the grace of the One who was not ashamed to be associated with us will we find the conviction to serve as His witnesses in our generation.
