In our sermon passage from John 15, we will be focusing on the intrinsic relationship between purpose and joy. To the degree that we live out the chief purpose of our lives, to the same degree will we experience joy. The Lord Jesus commands us to “abide in him” in order that we would live out our purpose, and in doing so, experience joy in its fullness.
