Beneath every visible conflict is an invisible war that takes place on the battlefield of our hearts. This war-within-a-war finds our hearts wrestling with sin and frequently succumbing to its many temptations, resulting in much folly and violence. But God is with us in the battle, using dire circumstances to draw us to Himself in repentance and faith. He leads us to the great King who won the ultimate battle for our souls on the cross so that we might increasingly live for His glory.
